BEEM 2017 – FEI Endurance World Championship for 7Y Horses (19/08). Contrary to what we announced before yesterday (Tuesday 18/08), the legal department of the FEI opposed the proposal of the organizing committee of the BRUSSELS EQUESTRIAN ENDURANCE MASTERS to post on 01/08 the entries for the World Championship of 7Y Horses. It is unfortunately no longer possible for anyone to register for this magnificent event, which will include 73 riders from 19 nations: ALG, BEL, CRO, CZE, ESP, EST, FEI, FIN, FRA, GER, ITA, JOR, NED, NOR, POR, QAT, SVK, SWE, UAE. The organizing committee of the BEEM therefore apologizes for giving false hopes to the 30 or so riders from various nations who have shown desire to entrybeyond the initial date of the nominative entries. 30 horses are already crying: they will not be able to reach Brussels and gallop in the shade of the centuries-old beech trees of the Sonian Forest.
As a reminder, 22 nations and probably 80 riders will participate in the European Championship (CH-EU-E-4*-160) on 17/08: AUT, BEL, BUL, CRO, CZE, ESP, GBR, GER, HUN, ITA, IRL, LUX, NED, NOR, POL, POR, SUI, SVK, SWE.
Entries for CEIO2 * LADIES-120 of 18/08 are now open until 08/08. Those for the standard CEI2*120 of 18/08 will be from this 21/07 and this, until 08/08 also. For these 2 last events the entry fee is 350 €.
